Sacred Agreement

By booking your place at the Nourish & Bloom retreat, you are entering into a sacred agreement with the container we are holding. This is not simply a transaction — it is a devotion to your own healing, growth, and remembrance. It is also a commitment on our part to create a deeply held, transformational experience just for you.
Please read the following terms carefully, as they form the basis of our mutual understanding.

1. Deposit & Payments

Twin Share Room

To reserve your place, a non-refundable deposit of $1,112 NZD is required. Once we receive your deposit, your space will be confirmed and held for you.

  • Your second payment of $2,888 NZD will be due in December 2025

  • Your final payment of $2,888 NZD will be due in March 2026

Private King Room

To reserve your place, a non-refundable deposit of $2,444 NZD is required. Once we receive your deposit, your space will be confirmed and held for you.

  • Your second payment of $3,500 NZD will be due in December 2025

  • Your final payment of $3,500 NZD will be due in March 2026

All payments must be received in full prior to the retreat start date.

2. Refund Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, due to the intimate nature of this offering — and the expenses incurred in holding your place — all deposits are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend:

  • We will do our best to fill your place from our waitlist

  • If we are successful, a partial refund may be offered (less the deposit)

  • If your space cannot be filled, no refund will be provided

We encourage you to only book when you feel a clear and embodied “yes.”

3. Travel & Accommodation

Retreat packages include your accommodation, all meals, and access to the full retreat program.
Transfers to and from Christchurch Airport are available if needed.

You are responsible for:

  • Your own travel to and from the retreat

  • Any required travel insurance (recommended)

4. Health & Responsibility

By attending the retreat, you agree that:

  • You are participating voluntarily and take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing

  • You are able to safely engage in the practices offered, or will modify/opt out as needed

  • You will inform us in advance of any significant health issues, allergies, or medical conditions

  • If at any point you feel discomfort or distress, you will honour your body and step away as needed. There is no pressure to participate in anything that does not feel right for you

5. Respect & Confidentiality

This is a safe, sacred space for all women attending. You agree to:

  • Hold anything shared by others in confidence

  • Treat all participants with respect, kindness, and non-judgement

  • Refrain from disruptive behaviour

If any guest behaves in a way that compromises the safety or integrity of the space, we reserve the right to ask them to leave — without refund.

6. COVID & Illness

If you become unwell prior to the retreat:

  • Please notify us as soon as possible

  • If we are able to fill your space, a partial refund may be offered (less the deposit)

  • If we cannot fill your space, no refund will be provided

  • You agree not to attend if you are knowingly carrying a contagious illness

7. Photography & Media

There may be moments during the retreat where photographs or short videos are taken for future promotional use.

By attending, you consent to being photographed unless you notify us otherwise in writing prior to the retreat. We will always honour any request for privacy.

8. Changes or Cancellations

In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, facilitator illness, venue closure), you will receive a full refund of any payments made, or the option to transfer to a future date.
