For the duration of the Nourish & Bloom experience, we will have exclusive use of the estate - creating stillness, privacy, and a sacred space for something life-changing to unfold.

The luxury villas are meticulously designed to provide ambience, warmth, and a sense of tranquillity that invites you to fully exhale. Every detail has been considered - from pure wool throws and curated natural textures to sweeping alpine views and cosy, glowing fireplaces. The surrounding limestone rock formations - ancient, sculptural outcrops that rise from the land like sentinels - along with the forested valleys and sweeping alpine plains, create an atmosphere that is deeply transformative and quietly powerful. Just nearby lies Castle Hill (Kura Tāwhiti), known by many as the Stonehenge of the South - a globally recognised energy site the Dalai Lama once named a “spiritual centre of the universe.”

Every meal served at Nourish & Bloom is prepared with reverence by Flockhill’s award-winning head chef, Taylor Cullen of the acclaimed Sugarloaf restaurant. Each dish has been carefully curated in collaboration between the chef and Chelsea Winter, and selected with purpose - not only for its flavour, but for how it will support your body, your energy, and your unfolding throughout the retreat.

Rooted in the rhythms of the land, the food at Sugarloaf - which received its first hat in 2025 - is unlike anything else. Much of the produce is grown on the property in gardens lovingly tended by hand. Over 30 varieties of fruit, heirloom vegetables, edible flowers, and wild herbs are cultivated onsite, with chefs and gardeners working side-by-side to bring the land’s abundance to life.
