The Four Pillars of the Radiant Feminine
Intro goss here
Power: boundaries, strength, energy, self-trust
Power is your inner strength and ability to protect your energy.
Disconnected: you may find it hard to set healthy boundaries, overextend yourself, fear confrontation or conflict, struggle to protect your time and energy, feel depleted or resentful, doubt your intuition, collapse or become reactive under pressure.
Embodied: you stand firm in your values, trust yourself, protect your energy without guilt, trust your intuition, move through life with grounded strength and resilience, and can hold steady even when others are uncomfortable.
Truth: authenticity, voice, clarity, inner knowing
Truth is your ability to express what’s real for you - clearly, honestly, and without shrinking.
Disconnected: you may suppress emotions, avoid honesty, minimise or abandon your own needs, fear rejection or judgement, and outsource approval before trusting your own knowing.
Embodied: you express yourself clearly and compassionately, honour your emotions, speak with confidence and authenticity, allow yourself to be seen, and communicate boundaries.
Creation: expression, vitality, inspiration, desire
Creation is your life force in motion.
Disconnected: you can feel uninspired, depressed, and creatively blocked, compare yourself to others, experience low-self worth, leave ideas un-acted upon, settle for less than you desire, avoid pleasure, play or sensuality, prioritise productivity over inspiration, and numb your desires.
When embodied: you create and express joyfully, follow inspiration into action, allow desire to guide you, feel lit-up by life, embody your worth, refuse to settle, and uplift and inspire others through your aliveness.
Sovereignty: discernment, self-respect, inner authority
Sovereignty is your agency over self.
Disconnected: you may compromise your values, seek validation, fear being alone, struggle to choose what’s right for you, feel responsible for how others feel, and outsource your personal authority to others - e.g. you don’t feel qualified to make decisions in your own life.
Embodied: you make decisions from a place of self-respect and clarity, have the confidence to discern what aligns with your highest good, and live with inner freedom and emotional independence (rather than co-dependence).
